Before you book.
How does pickup and delivery work?+
You choose a date and a two hour window. A rider collects from your door, takes everything to our Apo facility, and returns it clean at an agreed time.
What does it cost to have my laundry collected?+
Pickup and delivery are free on orders over 15,000 naira. Below that there is a 2,000 naira charge for the round trip. Minimum order is 5,000 naira.
How long does it take?+
Laundry and ironing take 72 hours. Dry cleaning and premium care take 96 hours. Rugs, curtains and duvets take 5 to 7 days. Your order follows whichever item takes longest.
What if the price changes after you inspect my clothes?+
We contact you before doing anything. If a garment needs a different treatment than booked, we explain why and wait for your approval before cleaning.
Can I bring my laundry to you instead?+
Yes. Our Apo facility is open to walk-in customers Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Do you clean traditional and delicate pieces?+
Yes. Agbada, lace, george, aso oke and similar pieces are a large part of what we do, and they are priced individually rather than lumped in with everyday wear.
